The Minnesota Shubert Center is being developed by Artspace Projects, a nonprofit real estate developer based in Minneapolis. Artspace is now the nation’s leading developer of affordable space for artists, primarily through the adaptive re-use of old warehouses, schools, and commercial buildings. Artspace has broadened its mission to include non-residential projects, performing arts centers, arts districts, and a wide range of advisory services.
